The Coach Emporium Melbourne boutique is a flagship retail space for the iconic American fashion house, located within Emporium Melbourne. Designed to reflect Coach’s modern luxury identity and heritage craftsmanship, the store delivers an elevated and immersive shopping experience.

TM Lighting Group collaborated closely with Coach Australia and the Coach New York design team to supply the lighting solution, ensuring consistency with their globally-known high quality.

Crafting a refined, luminous showcase to celebrate the richness of Coach’s signature leathers, metals, and textiles. Layered ambient, accent, and spotlighting in custom gold finish combined to match the finishes of the space and envelop the space in a luxurious atmosphere that enhances the shopping experience.

For this project, we supplied a curated selection of lighting solutions tailored to Coach. The lighting scheme was selected to meet the functional and visual demands of the premium retail environment.

Custom-finish gold Jet Micro track lights provide precise accent lighting to shelving and display areas, paired with a matching custom gold 3-circuit Nordic NLP suspended track system that complements the surrounding gold fit-out finishes. The track lighting system offers flexibility for evolving merchandise layouts, accommodating seasonal collection releases, supporting both accent and ambient lighting requirements throughout any transformations required to the space’s layout.

For general illumination, Moon Mini 3000 downlights delivered even ambient light, while the Ray downlights provide a more focused illumination.

The specifics of the lighting design softly guides customer movement and assists in encouraging Coach’s contemporary yet timeless brand aesthetic. Together, these products form a cohesive lighting solution that enhances product presentation and overall store experience, adding depth and visual interest to the spaces.
